Arm continuously advances the Arm SystemReady program with the vision of enabling software and standard operating systems to "just work" across a diverse Arm hardware ecosystem. By adopting common firmware and hardware standards, SystemReady helps reduce system development effort, shorten time –to market, and improve overall firmware and hardware quality.
Since its launch in 2020, the SystemReady program has grown to include more than 150 compliant systems and over 45 ecosystem partners. Together with our partners, we continue to build an open, growing Arm software ecosystem where operating systems and applications can run consistently across different platforms.
This year, we are pleased to collaborate with OCP APAC to host a SystemReady Band Workshop focused on Arm SystemReady Band (ACPI-based firmware). During this hands-on workshop, we introduce the SystemReady specifications, demonstrate the compliance workflow, and guide participants through practical validation using the SystemReady ACS test suites.
Â
In this workshop, you will:
1. Learn how to leverage Arm open standards
2. Understand the SystemReady Band requirements and the compliance process
3. Perform pre-silicon and post-silicon software validation using ACS
4. Accelerate product development and reduce software integration effort
5. Improve firmware and hardware quality while increasing software interoperability across the Arm ecosystem
