Yasui was born in Kobe, Japan 1996. He was received BS and MS degree in information technology from Hiroshima Univ 1993
From 1993 to 2015, he was manager of physical implementation and design flow development team in Panasonic.
After General manager in Sociolect from 2015 to 2020, he has contributed to establish Japan Design Center as the head of TSMC Design Technology Inc.
