James leads Arm’s product management team for the Client line of business. His responsibilities include definition, delivery and successful deployment of the compute platforms that shape user experiences in the smartphone, DTV / STB, the Metaverse, gaming, and laptop/tablet markets. Previously, he has led the CPU, GPU and System and Software teams at Arm.

James holds a BSc in Computer Science and holds patents in the fields of security and power management.
